Molding Gas Injection
Gas injection (gas-assisted molding) solves the issues of conventional injection molding and achieves a high level of dimensional accuracy that was previously difficult to attain.
Instead of maintaining pressure after resin injection, high-pressure nitrogen gas is injected to hold pressure from inside the product, a mechanism sometimes referred to as gas-assisted molding. With gas injection, it has become possible to significantly reduce the occurrence of defects such as sink marks, warping, and burrs that were issues in conventional molding. Our company adopted this gas injection technology early on and has now established one of the industry's leading technical capabilities. We respond to our customers' strong trust across a wide range of fields, including automotive parts, housing equipment, and office appliances/electronics.
